TVRVC Rally Sign Up Policy

The following policy deals with individual (rig) signing up for a rally trip. 

A.     Only members present at the club meeting are allowed to sign themselves up. If not present at the meeting, you are required to call the wagonmaster for sign up.

B.     At the discretion of the wagonmaster, the first night’s campground deposit may be collected at sign up. This is considered your good faith commitment that you intend on making the rally trip.

C.     Any other rally trip event(s) involving an up front fee is subject to item B above.

D.     IF the campground is handling registration, rally member to call the campground for registration and first night’s deposit requirement.

E.      Cancellations will be handled by the wagon master (if handled thru the wagon master). If the member dealt directly with the campground at registration, they must also deal with the campground for cancellations and any refunds.

F.      Member to notify the wagonmaster of any cancellations, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, so a waiting list member can be given an opportunity for the rally trip.

G.  No persons will be allowed to sign up for any RV club trip prior to the date established for sign-ups by trip leaders in order to allow equal participation by all club members.
