Cancellation Policy

TVRVC (The Villages RV Club)
The following policy deals with individual (rig)
cancellations from a rally trip, after commitment has been made to attend.
Attendance encompasses signing the rally attendance form and contributing
the deposit fee for the first night’s attendance (when required), and/or
any other rally event up front initial fees.
- The
cut off date for rally member commitment and first night deposit is
identified as that date established by the wagonmaster (if they handle
the rally registration) or the campground (if they handle the
registration).
- IF
the member cancels before the cut off date, they will receive their
first night’s deposit back, provided it has been collected.
- IF
the member cancels after the cut off date AND is replaced by a member
on the waiting list, they will receive their first night’s deposit
back. HOWEVER if they cannot be replaced, they may forfeit their first
night’s deposit.
- IF
a member cancels after the campground cut off date, they may forfeit
their first night’s deposit, if handled thru the club.
- If
a member deals directly with the campground for registration and first
night’s deposits, they must deal with the campground for any
refunds.
As a result of a cancellation, any refunds resulting
from deposits toward events associated with the rally, please see the
rally wagonmaster. Depending on the commitment made to the event(s)
business and the timing of the cancellation, there may OR may not be a
refund
