The Villages RV Club Meeting, Friday, December 11, 2009. Present: Pres. Mark Hulbert, Treas. Walt McKechnie, Sec. Jo Spinks, Wagon Master Fred Bryant, and Membership Christie King. Absent: Vice President Joe Humphrey.

President Mark Hulbert called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. A moment of silence and prayer for those in harm’s way protecting our freedoms. Pledge of Allegiance.

Secretary’s Report: November Minutes were approved as read.

Treasurer’s Report: Walt McKechnie reported an ending balance of $8,034.18. This is before tonight’s Christmas Party expenses.

Wagon Master’s Report: Thank you dangles were given to Brent & Ann Bierma and Tom & Diane Herlache for hosting the Grand Lake Rally. Thank you dangles were also given to Bruce & Marion Collins for hosting the Ft. Wilderness Rally at Disney World. Thank You.

Fred reminded the membership that $50. is set aside for all Wagon Masters to help offset any of their expenses when hosting a rally. Save your receipts and submit them to the treasurer, Walt McKechnie. Check the club’s web site www.TVRVC.org for details of each event.

On Friday, December 18, 2009 your Board of Officers, present and next year’s, will be participating in a Planning Meeting to schedule the various activities for the upcoming year. Your recommendations will be welcomed. Please send them to Mark Hulbert prior to December 17th. You may use the e-mail address on the TVRVC web site.

Mark Hulbert informed the membership that the RV Club has 258 rigs and 542 members.

New Members, 2 couples were introduced and welcomed with free koozies to each person.

Guest Speaker: Karen Labriola representative from Camping World in Kissimmee spoke of their insurance coverages.(GMAC/Good Sam) Her phone #: 877-878-4430. Call for any questions. Thank you Karen for the cookbooks, doughnuts and great information. They do not sell RVs at this site any longer, but they do rent Rvs.

50/50 Drawing: Three prizes given out.

The Villages RV Club Meeting, November 13, 2009 

Present were: Pres. Mark Hulbert; V. Pres. Joe Humphrey; Treas. Walt McKechnie; Acting Secy. Carole Kugelman; Wagon Master Fred Bryant; and Membership Christie King. Absent was Secy. Jo Spinks. 

President Mark Hulbert called the meeting to order at 10:10 a.m. 

A moment of silence and prayer for those in harm’s way protecting our freedom. 

A special prayer was said for Al Rhoton who was undergoing surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Pledge of Allegiance. 

Secretary’s Report: October Minutes were approved as read.

Treasurer’s Report: Walt McKechnie reported an ending balance of $7,719.32. 

Election of Officers for Calendar Year 2010: President Mark Hulbert read the list of nominees.

No further nominations were made from the floor. Motion was made and seconded that we accept the list of nominees. 

Motion carried and they will be installed in January.

President Mark Hulbert read a lovely letter from Linda Fiedler thanking us for making a donation to the Memorial Fund in George’s memory. 

Wagon Master’s Report: 

All scheduled trips and cruises were being handled smoothly. 

A number of people need to call the Wagon Masters heading their rally and pick up packets for the event they plan to attend. Wagon Masters continue to update the campout schedules on our Web site.

Fred Bryant is looking for a Wagon Master for Lion Country in W. Palm Beach for September. 

Christmas Dinner Dance: Carol McKechnie reported there are 16 seats available for the Christmas Dinner Dance to be held Friday, December 11th  at Laurel Manor. Call Carol at 259-5128. 

RV Club Merchandise: Doug and Karen Parks will be handling the club’s merchandise. Thanks to Mary Jo and Pat for a job well done these past couple of years. 

LaHacienda move: Because of the size of our club we were unable to get a room at LaHacienda Rec Center for our 2nd Friday meeting date so we will remain at Mulberry for our monthly meetings... 

Membership Dues: $5 dues are payable now. 

Sunshine: Becky Hulbert reported that one card was sent to Peggy Holdsworth who has shingles. Another card to Hank and Judy Roe who sold their home and will be moving out of The Villages. Hank fell off a ladder and broke his shoulder. 

New Members: Ten new members were introduced and welcomed to the club. 

50/50 Drawing: Three $50 monetary prizes and 1 gift were given out. 

Presentation: Ken and Betty Schwenke from Adventure Caravan presented a video of the polar bear trip.  They also gave out catalogs with discount coupons and prizes. New catalog coming out in April or May. Some new trips they are planning are Northwest USA, Great Civil War, Southern Exposure including Mardi Gras, Australia/New Zealand.  
Monaco RV: There are lucrative deals on Monaco RV’s at American Classic RV in Clermont and Ocala. 

Next meeting will be December 11 at Mulberry Recreation Center. The sign-up for rallies is 9:30 a.m. and the meeting will start at 10 a.m.

The Villages RV Club Minutes October 9, 2009 

All Board Members Present:  President, Mark Hulbert; Vice President, Joe Humphrey; Secretary, Jo Spinks; Treasurer, Walt McKechnie; Wagon Master, Fred Bryant; Membership, Christie King. 

President Mark Hulbert called the meeting to order at 10 a.m.  A moment of silence and prayer for those in harm’s way protecting our freedom and anyone else you would like to remember.  Pledge of Allegiance. 

Secretary’s Report:  Jo Spinks read the minutes of September 9, 2009 and they were approved. 

Treasurer’s Report:  Walt McKechnie reported an ending balance of $6,196.83. 

A presentation by American Choice RV was appreciated.  Many thanks for the tasty doughnuts and muffins.  Also thanks to Eric Fasci, Vice President of American Choice RV for his explanation of their services.  Phone:  352/368-2451 in Ocala.  They are also located in Clermont.  A 20% reduction of the labor rate for any member of The Villages RV Club. 

Members participated in the sale of RV related items before and after the meeting. 

Wagon Master’s Report:  Fred Bryant recognized Vern and Barb Hatch and Howard and Isabelle Ford with wagon master dangles.  Please check out Web site:  www.tvrvc.org for all our RV Club scheduled rallies and events. 

Ron Martin, chairman of the nominating committee announced the nominee for Vice President:  Len Holdsworth and for Secretary, Barb Hatch.  These nominees will be voted on in November election. 

RV Merchandise:  there has been some new pricing on the merchandise that is for sale. 

For all Winnebago owners there is a recall for:

            Model year 2007 and 2008 Access, Aspect, Sightseer and Vista,

            Model year 2007 and 2008 Itasca Impulse, Cambria, Sun Ova and Sun Star,

            Model year 2009 and 2010 Itasca Impulse, Sun Ova and Sun Start motor homes.  These rigs have a missing stove partition that isolates the furnace air.  Essentially, if the furnace and stove are operated at the same time, the stove flame may go out and propane gas will continue to flow, potentially igniting.  Contact your dealer if this applies to you. 

New members:  Eight new couples were introduced and welcomed to the club. 

Sunshine Report:  Mark Hulbert reported for Becky Hulbert:  Two get well cards were sent.  One card to Pat Bradley and one to Alice Holzapfel. 

5050 Drawing:  Three prizes were given out, one for $40 and two for $50. 

Brenda Collins noted that they recently had some extended warranty work done on their RV.  When extended warranty work is done and you have purchased your RV in Florida, then you do not have to pay Florida sales tax. 

Fred Bryant stated that if you might be allergic to mold, there is a kit that you can purchase at Home Depot to help you determine if you have mold in your RV. 

Next meeting will be November 13th at Mulberry Recreation Center.  The sign up for rallies is 9:30 a.m. and the meeting will start at 10 a.m. 

Anyone interested in lunch, there will be a 10% discount at CiCi’s Pizza at the Colony Shopping Center..

The Villages RV Club Meeting, September 11, 2009

All Board Members Present:

1. President,
Mark Hulbert called the meeting to order at 10 a.m. A moment of silence for all those who died and suffered on 9/11 eight years ago and also those in our military who are in harm’s way protecting our freedoms. Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Secretary’s Report:
Jo Spinks read the minutes of June 12, 2009 and they were approved.

3. Treasurer’s Report:
Walt McKechnie reported a ending balance of $4,558.65. Two memorial donations were made: for George Fiedler and Ernie Fenner.

4. Wagon Master’s Report:
Fred Bryant recognized Mike and Diana Maino and Dom and Phyllis Brescia with wagon master dangles. Fred encouraged members to call him with desires to run a rally. If any wagon master has expenses up to $50., bring your receipts to the treasurer, Walt McKechnie and you will be reimbursed. 

Fred stated that he is thinking about doing a trip to West Virginia at the end of May, 2010 and wanted a show of hands of how many might be interested in attending.

If we have any Gator fans: Grand Lake is setting up a weekend outing, two nights stay, free meals and free breakfast on Sunday, free shuttle service to and from the stadium for $247.00. Please check out our website: www.tvrvc.org for all RV Club information.


Al Sandy stated he would welcome anyone to tag along on his trip 25th of Oct. to 31st to Asheville, North Carolina. 

5. Sunshine Report:
Becky Hulbert reported get-well cards were sent to Sylvia Griffin, Dick Scheffler and Gene Jaworski. Sympathy cards were sent to Jan Fenner for her husband Ernie, Linda Jaworski for her daughter & Linda Fiedler for her husband George.

6. Tales From the Trip
is on our website for all to share their summer travel experiences. Thank you to Jim and Gail Coleman for doing an excellent write-up on their trip to Phoenix and New Mexico. These tips might help you on future planning trips.

7. The RV Picnic:
Fri., Sept. 18th from 3:30 pm to 7 pm at the Polo Grounds. There will be a Yankee Swap. We ask each couple or single person to bring an item to swap worth approximately $10.00. There will be games, food and karaoke, bring your own drinks.

8. Please check
your e-mail address at the door to verify its correctness. All members who do not have e-mails addresses will now receive a letter in the U.S. Mail.

9. New Members:
four new members were welcomed into the Club.

10. Next meeting
will be Oct. 9th and we will have a representative from American Choice RV Center here to make a presentation. They have taken over Turning Wheel facilities. On November 13th we will have a representative from “Adventure Caravans”

11. 50/50 Drawing:
two prizes for $40. and one for $35.00 were given out.

The Villages RV Club Meeting, June 12, 2009

2. Secretary's Report: Jo Spinks read the minutes of May 8, 2009 and they were approved.

3. Treasurer's Report: Walt McKechnie reported a balance of $4,517.71.

4. Joe Humphrey reported that the Merchandise Committee has been informed that the present RV white shirts are discontinued. Give the committee suggestions for white, yellow or blue new RV shirts. A few previously purchased shirts are still on sale.

5. Becky Rhoton spoke for the Sunshine Committee: Rose Mary Lawrence passed away, Kathy Keen's mother passed away. Call Maxine Bryant to report any news, also Fred Bryant has his arm in a sling, but is doing good.
Becky reported that a blue folding chair was left at the Joyce Armstrong Outing .

6. Al Rhoton reporting for Fred Bryant on the Wagon Master's Report: Thanks to Walt McKechnie and Porter Angel for helping out at the Joyce Armstrong Annual Golf Outing. Thanks to Mike and Diana Maino for a great trip to Stone Mountain and also thanks to Dom and Phyllis Brescia for the Jetty Park trip. Tickets for the annual picnic at the Polo Grounds for September 18th at $8.00 each are being sold by Pat Osborn. 
Frank Boissey is setting up a bus trip to Vic Embers Restaurant for Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Sign ups start today. Charge is $3.00 per couple which is the tip for the bus driver. Bus will pick us up across the street from the LaHacienda Center near the tennis courts at 4:45 p.m., be there at 4:30 p.m. Call Frank at 259-3096 or bferby@aol.com for more information.

8. Joe Humphrey's Discussed info on suggested campground areas in the southeast area.
Hopefully someone will lead a rally to one of them. Suggested were Lion Country Safari in West Palm Beach, Emerald Coast, Swanee River, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Sarasota, Silver Lake in Naples, and in Georgia, Helen and Cleveland.

The Villages RV Club Meeting, Friday, May 8, 2009       (All Board Members Present)

1.  President, Mark Hulbert called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.    A moment of silence and prayer for those in harms’s way protecting our freedoms.  Pledge of Allegiance.

A fantastic breakfast was enjoyed by all.  Thanks to July Bertsch and everyone who brought in all of those delicious goodies. 

2.  Secretary’s Report: Jo Spinks read the minutes of April 10, 2009 and they were approved.

Jo mentioned that members need to check on their e-mail addresses if they want to receive any of the mass e-mail information.  Don Crosby offered one solution.  He will have a place on our website that will assist members to up-date their information.

3.  Treasurer’s Report: Walt McKechnie reported a balance of $4,188.31.

4.  Subshine Report: Becky Hulbert: A card was sent to Tom Schmelzer due to pneumonia, following triple by-pass, Bruce Collins due to knee replacement, Margy Tucker due to a fall that lacerated her head, and Len Holdsworth who was hospitalized due to a stint procedure.

Please contact Nancy Martin while Becky is out of town for sunshine to be sent.

5.  Wagon Master’s Report: Fred Bryant:

a.  Presentation of dangles to recent wagon masters, and many thanks for a good job. 

b.  Future Trips: Al Rhoton spoke on the Night Golf Event: Sun., June 9th, at 7 P.M.    Bring own drinks and chair for pre-golf enjoyment.  Bug spray would be helpful, also flashlight.

Bring money for the extra trips at the Sept. meeting for Gulf Shores Rally.

7.  The RV Club Picnic will be held at the Polo Club on Friday, September 18, 2009 , at $8.00 per person, BYOB.    We will have a capacity for over 200 members. At the Polo Grounds there will be restrooms,  shade and cover  for your comfort.  The event will also be catered.  Tickets will go on sale at the June meeting. 

We still have the Vendor table with plenty of free information for you.  We understand Turning Wheel sales in Ocala and Clearmont has been closed, but the service depart.is still open in Ocala .

Our next meeting will be Friday, June 12, 2009 .  There will not be any meeting in July or August.

The Villages RV Club Meeting, Friday, Apr il 10, 2009

(All Board Members present) 

1.  President, Mark Hulbert called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.  A moment of silence and prayer for those in harm’s way protecting our freedoms.  Pledge of Allegiance. 

2.  Secretary’s Report: Jo Spinks read the minutes of March 13, 2009 and they were approved. 

We will not have a guest speaker this a.m. since it is the week of Easter and Passover and most of us may have visitors at this time. 

3.  Treasurer’s Report: Walt McKechnie reported a balance of $4,146.76, accepted as read. 

4.  Wagon Master’s Report: Fred Bryant (We had the Wagon Masters’ Seminar this past month and happy to say 18 people attended.  Thanks for your attendance).  Many thanks to Dick and Madge Scheffler for hosting the Wagon Masters’s Seminar.  Thanks to Hank & Judy Roe and Jerry & Peg Seaman for the Valdosta, Ga. 5.  Sunshine Report: Becky Hulbert reported a sympathy card was sent to Arline Schauboeck on the death of her husband, Marvin.  (You might remember them as participating at many outings in their pop-up trailer).   

6.  President, Mark Hulbert has spoken to the Manager at Advance Auto Parts located of the corner of 27/441 and County Road 466.  Upon presentation of your RV Club Membership Card, they will give you a 10% discount on your purchase. 

7.  Next meeting will be May 8th and that will be a Breakfast Meeting.  Judy Bertsch has volunteered to organize it.  Bring any casserole dishes or breads at 9:30 a.m. and serving will beat 10:00 a.m.  The RV Club will supply O.J., coffee, plates and silverware.  Put names or address labels on all serving spoons. 

8.  Update on the cameras at the two RV parking lots: The cameras are installed and operational at both RV storage lots.  

9.  New Members: Two new couples were introduced and presented with a free kozy cup for ec. 

10.  50/50 Drawing: Three winners were awarded $40., $35. and $35. 

11.  Questions and Answers: Anyone have any ideas of places to schedule a rally?  Orange Lake, just north of Ocala has been suggested.  Also pick up a State Park Booklet at the Welcome Centers to review.

The Villages RV Club Meeting, Friday, March 13, 2009

(All Board Members present)  

1.  President, Mark Hulbert called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.    A moment of silence and prayer for those in harm’s way protecting our freedoms.  Pledge of Allegiance.  

2.  Secretary’s Report:Jo Spinks read the minutes of Feb. 13, 2009 and they were approved.  

3.  Treasurer’s Report: Walt McKechnie reported a balance of $3,925.98, accepted as read.  

4.  Wagon Master’s Report: Fred Bryant.  Fred reported that the Wagon Masters’ Seminar, headed by Dick Scheffler will be April 3rd or April 6th.  One in the afternoon and one in the evening.  Thanks to the recent wagon masters and presentation of the W.M. dangle was given out.  Please see our RV Website: http://www.tvrvc.org/ for the schedule of up-coming rallies and/or events, copy of the minutes, articles For Sale, pictures from rallies and much more information.  

5.  Sunshine Report: Becky Hulbert reported a sympathy card was sent to Dottie Miller on the death of her husband, Frank; and Gene Jaworski who became ill in Canada and was med evacted to Leesburg Hospital .  

6. Annual Joyce Armstrong Golf Outing, not on Rally list at this time, will be held on Sunday, May 10th, which is Mothers’ Day.  This is a golf scramble at $9.00 per person with lunch.  

7.  Historian, Eve Sandy is still looking for pictures, especially from New Year’s Party, The Strawberry Festival,  and any recent rallies.  

8.  Vendors’ Table: Remember to check it out for useful information.  

9.  Future Trips: FYI, we have 230+ rigs and 450+ members in the RV Club.  There is plenty of opportunities to set up a trip anywhere you would like to go.  If you are planning a trip this summer, out west or up north, for example, let us know and others may want to join you.  

10.  New Members: Two new couples were introduced.  

11.  Speaker: Bryan Lifsey from Seniors vs. Crime.  Seniors vs Crime has two locations, one in Sumter County at the Sheriff’s Dept. on 466, phone: (352) 753-2799 ext, 4253, e-mail:  SumterSVC@Yahoo.com, and Marion County at Sheriff’s Dept. on Mulberry Lane , phone (352) 753-7775 and e-mail: MarionSVC@Yahoo.com.  Seniors vs. Crime is a special project of the Florida Attorney General’s Office and is staffed by volunteers, usually seniors, known as Senior Sleuths.  The aim of the project is to assist seniors and others who have problems with service providers and contractors.  In The Villages, seniors, (especially new arrivals) have become victims of unscrupulous vendors in: Lawn mowing/weeding service, landscaping services, water purification, driveway pavers, and travel companies. Be aware & Always employ due diligence.

Be also aware that in Florida it is illegal to sale inappropriate investments to seniors, example would be a 25-year annuity to a 80 year old person.  Another fraud, is Medicare.  Always read your Medicare Summary Notices and health-care billing statements.   

12.  RV space rental may increase in price: Mark Hulbert stated he will monitor this situation and bring back any new information.  

13.  Lunch: CC’s Pizza.  

14.  50/50 Drawing: Three $30.00 prizes were awarded.

The Villages RV Club Meeting, Friday, February 13, 2009

(All Board Members present)  

1.  President, Mark Hulbert called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.    A moment of silence and prayer for those in harm’s way protecting our freedoms.  Pledge of Allegiance.

2.  Mark Hulbert explained the need for the second vote as required by our By-Laws to change Article II, Paragraph C to read: Eligibility - Open for membership to all residents of The Villages”.  The second change is: Article VI, Paragraph A to read: “The officers of the “Club” shall be President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Wagon Master and Membership.  There was a motion and this was passed from the membership.  

3.  Secretary’s Report: Jo Spinks read the minutes of January 9, 2009 and they were approved.  

4.  Treasurer’s Report: Walt McKechnie reported a balance $3960.75.   Many thanks was given to Len Holdsworth and Jim Tucker for their work in the final audit analysis.  

5.  Fred Bryant, wagon master: new sign-up policy will be that a member may sign up for a rally when it is initially displayed  at the monthly meeting.  After the initial announcement and display has been made at the meeting, a member may then call the wagon master of that rally or event  for a reservation, but not before.

Night golf that was cancelled due to bad weather will be played Thurs., June 9th.  Please call Al Rhoton if you need to cancel.  

6.  LUNCH: Tom Fox will give you a discount at C.C.’s Pizza for a delicious lunch.  

7.  Dick Schefler spoke regarding a wagon master’s seminar at his home to explain duties of a wagon master.   See Dick to sign up.  One can also call Ron Martin or Fred Bryant to have any assistance in becoming a wagon master.   

8.  Sunshine Report: Becky Hulbert has sent out three cards, one to Gilbert Waggoner, Hank Roe, and Bill and Ilene Floyd who lost their son.   

9.  Historian/unemployed: Eve Sandy requesting pictures for the club scrapbook.  

10.  Vendors’ Table: We now have a table set up for a display of vendor information.  

11.  Breakfast meeting in March: No volunteers were obtained to chair this function.  

12.  Recall: Be aware there is a recall from Dometic Refrigerators, a possible fire.  

13.  New Members: Three new couples were introduced.  

14.  50/50 Drawing: Al Rhoton distributed three $30.  and one $21.  winner.

The Villages RV Club Meeting of Friday, January 9, 2009

President, Mark Hulbert called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.    A moment of silence and prayer for those in harm’s way protecting our freedoms.

Pledge of Allegiance.  The Board wishes each of you health, prosperity and happy trails.

Introduction of New Board Members: President, Mark Hulbert; Vice President, Joe Humphrey; Treasurer, Walt McKechnie; Secretary, Jo Spinks; Wagon Master, Fred Bryant; and Membership, Christie King.  The Membership position will have to be approved.

A Big Thank You to the officers who served last year: President, Irwin King; Vice President, Jerry Seaman; Treasurer, Joe Bertoldi; Secretary, Jo Spinks; and Wagon Master, Frank Boissey.

Secretary’s Report: Jo Spinks read the minutes of December 12, 2008 and they were approved.

Treasurer’s Report: Joe Bertoldi reported a balance for 2008 of $3,543.  He also reported that a final audit will be done shortly by Jim Tucker and Len Holdsworth.  Many thanks to Club Merchandise ladies, Pat Bradley and Mary Jo Tietschert.

Sunshine Report: Becky Hulbert stated there were not any reports at this time.

Wagon masters Report: by Fred Bryant.  Fred stated that last month’s RV survey reported that the membership wants more trips, but to have more trips we need more wagon masters.  Therefore, please sign up. The members also believed the sign-ups were done well.  One serious  problem is when a member calls a campsite for a reservation,  but doesn’t understand he needs to call the wagon master First, then he can call the campground area. 

Many thanks was given by Fred Bryant to all of the recent wagon masters and chair people who have done a great job for rallies and events.  Please visit our RV website: http://www.tvrvc.org/ for up-coming rallies and events and informational tips on how to be a wagon master of a trip.  If you must cancel a trip, please call your wagon master as soon as possible.

Recognition of our many appreciated volunteers: Al Rhoton and Walt McKechnie for 50/50 drawing, Pat Bradley and Mary Jo Tietschert running the Club Merchandise .  Newsflash:  the Club Polo Shirts have been decreased to $34. from $37.  Thanks to Carol McKechnie for being our official door greeter.  Thanks to Brenda Collins and Christie King for running the Club Membership at the door.  Many thanks to Eve Sandy and her committee for an excellent job of the Christmas Party.  Also thanks to Eve for being our Historical Officer.  Thanks was also given to Don Crosby for being our webmaster.

Written changes to our By-laws were handed out at the door: “Article II, Paragraph C: As reads “Eligibility - Open for membership to all of the all residents of the Villages of Lake , Sumter and Marion Counties ...” is changed to read” Eligibility - Open for membership to all residents of The Villages...”

Article VI, Paragraph A: As reads “The officers of the “Club”shall be President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Wagon Master...” is changed to read “The officers of the “Club” shall be President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Wagon Master and Membership... Motion was made and will be repeated next month to change the By-laws as stated.

Regarding  recent thefts at the Industrial RV Storage Facility at Rolling Acres: The Villages will be adding cameras at both RV storage areas at a cost of $19,000.  There is also an increase in patrols by the Lady Lake Police and our Community Watch.  We have re-

quested that the lenses in the lights be cleaned also.  We are also going to request to Community Watch that a sign be placed to show a number to call for assistance.

New Members: Four new couples were introduced.

50/50 Drawing: 2-$30., 1-$25., and 1-$20.

Next meeting will be February 13, 2009 where we will have a board of 4 knowledgeable people to address your questions  on maintenance and tips for Rvs. (Tips and Trips).  Those of you who have questions or good suggestions, write them out and bring them to the next meeting for discussion.
