Other Payment Info: Reservations
for the camp site are to be made directly with the Bear Creek RV Park
after confirmation that you are on the list of attendees. The RV park
will be informed of those who are on the Rally list. 20 reservations
have been made.Phone Number (800) 833-0798. Dinner at the Blue
Ridge Room of the Grove Park Inn will be as you order from the menu.
Trip Plan: Arrive at the Bear Creek RV Park on April 19, 2010.
Itinerary: Monday, Apr 19th: Arrive at the Bear Creek RV Park.
At 5:00PM convene at the RV Park Club House for heavy hors devours and
cocktails.
Tuesday, Apr 20th: 9:30 AM: Gather at the Wagon Master site and drive to
the Biltmore Estate.Virtually an all day tour with lunch at the Estate.
5:00 PM: Gather at the Club House for cocktails and pot luck supper.
Wednesday, Apr 21st: 9:00 Depart for Bryson City, NC and the Great
Smokey Mountain Railroad trip. After the train ride, visit the Harrahs
Casino at the Cherokee Reservation for fun and dinner.
Thursday, Apr 22nd: 8:30 AM Pancake breakfast at the Club House.
Remainder fo the day, visit points of interest at your leisure.
7:30 PM Dinner at the Grove Park Inn Blue Ridge Room. Order from the
menu - cost will be in the members\' packets.
Friday, Apr 23rd: Depart at your leisure for your next adventure
